Dab-O-Matic's state of the
art facility in Mount Vernon, NY manufactures over 100 million caps and
applicators, ranging in size from 13mm to 33mm, a year. Manufacturing
operations begin with the injection molding of plastic components and
flow towards a highly specialized assembly process wherein the final
product is developed. Design engineering, product development, and all
administrative functions are resident at the Mount Vernon, NY location.
With few exceptions, all of Dab-O-Matic's applicators have a sealing
feature, usually a spring, to control the flow of the liquid product. If
a liquid product is intended to be targeted at a specific surface, our
applicator is a natural consideration in designing the product's
package. We welcome any and all inquiries and offer considerable package
development expertise for new products.
