Purchasing Considerations

  • We have many different size applicators, and some sizes are restricted to certain material covering as well as spring control types.  If you let us know what size applicator you are focusing on, we can better assist you in the various types that are offered with that size.
  • It is important for us to know the intended use of our applicator. In other words, what will you be applying your topical solution to, is it a medical application, an industrial application, an ink application, etc.?  Furthermore, will it be applied to the skin, paper, a rough surface, etc.?  The answer to these questions will assist us in suggesting the type of covering that would best suit your application.
  • Each customer should have an idea of what type of flow they want the applicator to generate.  We sell control flow applicators and in order to control the flow of a solution we use various types of springs and coverings.  It is a good idea to let us know what the viscosity of the solution is as well as what type of flow you are looking for our applicator to dispense.  Is it a glue, an alcohol base, an ink type, etc.?
